Pinup of the Month Summer Camp Program Horses for Sale or Lease	Enter our large Indoor Arena (80 x 200), it contains well maintained premiere footing (dust free, raked and dragged daily). It is a well-lit environment that stays cool in the summer and protects us from the elements in the winter. Being completely insulated and having a wide roof, New England weather causes no problems. Out the back door of the barn scenically placed near Ames’ Long Pond lies our outdoor area (150 x 200). This arena is only 2 years old and has professional grade footing. Surrounded by water on three sides, we offer a cool down perimeter trail. You and your horse can walk the edges of the property while gazing at our pair of swans fishing in the pond. If it is trails you are interested in, we have excellent access to 830 acres of conservation trails. At Dry Water we are always envisioning new amenities, this is the site of our newest project. With this new area we will be constructing a regulation size outdoor dressage arena, more paddocks, and adding more area to our hay fields. The barn includes 32 12 x 12 box stalls with Dutch doors. These doors along with our skylights provide an excellent source of natural light as well as great ventilation. We have two tack rooms. Each stall comes with a full size locker complete with storage shelf, bridle rack and saddle rack. These lockers are large enough to fit a full size tack trunk. There are two Wash racks inside the barn and both are equipped with hot and cold water. One also has heat lamps for cooler weather bathing.
